The day started with more grinding of GRP, I'll be glad when it's done as this stuff is really itchy!
All of the front holes have been cut and the rear suspension slot marked out.
This was quite tricky, admittedly it's an area that won't be seen but I will know if it's not right!
Following Marc's guidlines a line was marked 75mm down from the roll bar support, further marks were made 20mm in from each tube  all the way to the bottom of the tub. The end result was a triangle with a rounded top marked on the inside of the tub.
I didn't have a hole saw big enough so I improvised, a small half circle drawn using the inside of the masking tape roll was close enough, this could then be enlarged to give a nice radius. the centre point of this was drilled along with the top and bottom of the straight lines. This enabled me to transfer the details onto the outside of the tub and not be a contortionist!
This was then easy to join up and cut out nicely. I cut it out with a hacksaw blade and tidied the edges up with the dremel. Fibreglass is quite easy to cut, it just itches like mad!!

With the holes cut I moved on to the rear suspension, again I was working in the dark, with only basic pictures to help. Some of the nuts are in awkward places and some needed to be packed out with washers, Marc has advised against this so I'll remove some of the bolts and cut them to length. Apart from that little issue it has all gone together pretty well.
I've had some fun with the bearing carriers, one one side only 3 of the holes line up yet on the other only 2 do. Marc has come across this before, I need to rotate the passenger one around so that 3 holes line up and then enlarge the other hole with the trusty dremel until I can get another bolt in.

I've trial fitted the brakes and a wheel to see if they clear, unfortunately they snag ever so slightly which is a bad thing, I need to take some pictures of this to see what can be resolved.

Well that's one more weekend gone!
